Allow guests to choose when booking whether they want to pay now or in person.

Please comment with how you normally accept in person payments. If you prefer a specific in person payment provider (e.g. Square) please mention it in a comment.

This feature could potentially be implemented with the ability for the host to check a box marking the guest booking as "paid", perhaps also having the ability to write a note.
