Request: Make it possible to add features to rescheduling options. For example, if someone reschedules more than 3 times, the feature is removed and an email is sent telling them the can no longer do it. Then if they try to use the rescheduling link for the package or event, they are told they used their X reschedules. OR, maybe better, only allow rescheduling within a certain window. Within X hours of creating the meeting but not X hours before the start. When I make rescheduling available, people abuse it and then I lose paid opportunities. (Had one guy drag rescheduling over 6 months). But removing it showed me that roughly 50% of people screw up the time for their first booking. Mostly it is forgetting about something on their work calendar but sometimes it is meetings moving. When they reschedule last minute, I can't make up the lost time. But helping people with honest issues is a time suck. I wish there was more control. As a small biz, I can't refuse the reasonable rebooking requests, but protecting against bad actors is expensive, I am damned if I do, damned if I don't. Would love more control to block bad actors, but give new users flexibility until they figure out the right cadence for them.
