Key Features:
- Guest-Initiated Rescheduling: Guests can now reschedule their booked events directly through CozyCal.
- Rescheduling Reasons: When rescheduling, guests are prompted to provide a reason, giving you valuable insights into scheduling changes.
- Customizable Cancellation Notice: Set a time frame (e.g., 24 hours) during which guests cannot reschedule or cancel events. This helps prevent last-minute changes and protects your schedule.
How It Works:
1) Guests access the rescheduling option through their booking confirmation email.
2) They select a new time slot and enter their rescheduling reason.
3) The system checks against your set cancellation notice period before confirming the change.
4) As the host, you'll receive a rescheduling email and a new event confirmation email to keep you updated on the change.
This feature streamlines the rescheduling process, reduces back-and-forth communications, and provides you with more control over your calendar.
